Ingredients:

For the Burger Patties:

  • 5 pounds ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to your preferred spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Sriracha Mayo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to your preferred spice level)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Topping and Assembling:

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sliced pickles (optional)
  • Jalapeño slices (optional)
  • Pepper jack cheese slices (optional)

Instructions:

    Prepare the Burger Patties:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped red onion, minced garlic, sriracha sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

    Prepare the Sriracha Mayo Sauce:
