Horse’s Neck With A Kick
Components:
40ml cognac
120ml ginger ale
5 dashes of Angostura bitters
Lengthy strip of lemon peel
Methodology:
Chill glasses and fill with ice. Add the cognac then prime with ginger ale, add Angostura bitters. Stir gently to mix. Garnish with a protracted strip of lemon wound in and excessive of the glass.
