Chocolate Ice Cream: This ice cream base is dense, thick, and chocolatey—a milk chocolate with some tang to it, virtually malty, maybe from the cocoa liquor. The feel is clean and creamy.
Strawberry Items: There are small items of frozen strawberries as a mix-in. Sadly, they’re icy. They’re small chunks, which helps make the iciness tolerable. Not a lot of them—the cross part footage inform the story. They add little to nothing when it comes to taste or texture.
A strawberry jam swirl might need been a better option. In some way the water must be faraway from the strawberries to stop them from turning into ice chunks within the pint. Cooking them right into a jam or jelly is one technique.
