Grilled Mustard Dill Burgers
Sometimes a condiment works well as a mix-in ingredient, not just as a topping. Here, mustard goes into the burgers as well as on them.
This recipe is lowfat, low-cal, and low-carb, but it’s high in Scandinavian flavor. For a change of pace, use a different mustard or herb.
Ingredients
MAKES 4 BURGERS
- tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh dill ¼ cup finely chopped shallots
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- Salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
