Chicken Sausage Burgers
This is the quickest, easiest burger recipe we have. All you need is sausage and some oil. Just put the two in a pan (the burgers hold together better and stay moister when pan-fried rather than grilled) and, voila—dinner!
Many grocers carry an assortment of freshly made sausages filled with herbs and flavorful ingredients.
This rendition was made with ground chicken mixed with scallion greens, bits of cilantro, and seasonings. You can always mix in your own herbs, sun-dried tomato bits, or cheese.
