I made a decision to go for the Veggie Chef – marinated baked eggplant, mushrooms, topped with onion, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, jalapeño and avocado mayonnaise. This was a surprisingly massive and totally loaded burger. The eggplant was sadly overpowered by the cheddar cheese to the purpose that I forgot that I used to be consuming eggplant. I truthfully thought it was an enormous portobello mushroom as an alternative. The avocado mayonnaise had a pleasant tangy style, whereas the jalapeño added a refined contact of warmth which was simply sufficient to set my mouth on hearth.
