We made it! … to Queen St W once more!
For this month’s BurgerTour, we’re again within the Downtown Toronto space visiting a Queen St West burger institution and it brings us to Rosie’s Burgers.
Opening on July 1st, 2021, Rosie’s Burgers originated with a single location in Port Credit score and have then since expanded to the downtown core and a location in Mississauga. They provide a pleasant throwback expertise with a easy, but charming menu that pays homage to Toronto’s burger obsession.
Their menu provides a small number of choices, with their ever-so common traditional cheese smash burger and a past meat possibility for the veggie fanatics. Complementing their burger choice are irresistibly crispy fries, delectable poutine, and a tempting array of shakes and floats.
The wait wasn’t too lengthy on this afternoon with a lot of folks already eating in and ordering earlier than us. Watch out, as a result of seating is proscribed on this location with just a few seats alongside the wall and some extra within the window entrance.

I needed to maintain it easy, so I opted for the one burger which is a single smashed patty topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and Rosie’s home sauce.
The burger was small, the meat was succulent and the flavour was pleasant. The toppings had been an excellent addition to the burger and the smash patty was cooked completely. Every chunk is a nostalgic journey that takes you again to the glory days of traditional, mouthwatering burgers.
The aspect of fries had been a superb choice to pair properly with the smash burger.
Total, I used to be fully glad with my meal however felt prefer it wasn’t the most effective smash burger I’ve ever had. With that mentioned, Rosie’s Burgers captures the essence of what makes Toronto’s burger scene so particular. With their dedication to high quality components and a stripped-down menu that focuses on the necessities, they’ve mastered the artwork of making burgers that depart an enduring impression.

We’re again within the Queen West space of Toronto the place we go to a brand new, however rising burger joint gaining reputation for its easy and attractive burgers. For this tour, we take you to… Rosie’s Burgers!
Nestled alongside Queen Road simply west of Spadina, Rosie’s Burgers is one joint that I had on my checklist for fairly a while. They provide a easy menu of beef burgers, past meat burgers, sandwiches, fries, and shakes.
I opted for the Past Meat Burger — a past meat patty topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheddar cheese. That first chunk had the juices flowing out like a river in my mouth. The patty was seasoned properly, and the toppings complimented the general flavour very well.
I can see the place the hype for Rosie’s comes from. It is low-cost, scrumptious, and easy. I like a burger that doesn’t go excessive with attempting to face out and being completely different from the remaining. So long as it satisfies my starvation, then I say it served it is objective.
