This mustard curry sauce recipe is for these of you that love these grilled chopped rooster eating places round Miami and South Florida.
This model from the unique Hen Kitchen was made every day at their restaurant in Pinecrest, Florida. A good friend of mine used to make the sauce in small batches every day.
She would initially make me a batch once in a while. After a handful of instances, she finally caved in and gave me the recipe to make it myself.

Since its introduction greater than twenty years in the past, variations of this have unfold like wildfire throughout eating places, like Pollo Tropical and, my private favourite, 3 Cooks and a Hen.
The recipe has few elements and needs to be straightforward for anybody to make.
PLEASE NOTE: It’s extremely addictive, so proceed cautiously when making the recipe.
Mustard Curry Sauce Recipe
Components:

- 2 tbsp Mayonaisse
- 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions:
Just one Step: Combine up all of the elements in a bowl and stir it up actual good as in case your life relied on it.
*If you wish to skinny out the mustard curry sauce, add some extra water.
What I Use:
- Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
- French’s Yellow Mustard
- McCormick Curry Powder
- Common Faucet Water, however you can undoubtedly use Evian when you’re fancy!
